Tucson College occupies two modern, stand-alone one-story buildings totaling 17,000 square feet. An atrium leading to an outdoor patio separates the two buildings. The air-conditioned classrooms and offices are complemented with a faculty lounge, a student lounge and a patio. Classrooms are large, well furnished, and kept clean. The lighted parking lot is close to school entrances.
